Is there any competition to this award? Even though Facebook hype is gradually waning, it is still a runaway winner.
2. Best video start up: Hulu. Though I have some reservations on Hulu business strength, it is a creative idea. Can it live up to its promise? Joost is gradually losing its charm.
3. Best mobile startup: Twitter.
Along with Facebook, Twitter is the most discussed site in 2007. Microblogging will definitely stay here. Admob is also an interesting startup.
4. Best user generated content: Digg. Even though I don’t like its recent changes like video etc, Digg is still my favourite.
5. Best Technology innovation: Earthmine.
6. Best international startup: Netvibes.
7. Best consumer startup: Meebo.
8. Best enterprise startup: Zoho.
9. Best business model: Zazzle.
10. Best bootstrapped startup: Techmeme. Techmeme is my most favourite site for latest hot stories in the blogosphere.
11. Best gadget: iPhone. I have never used Apple products before iPod and iPhone. Congrats to the Apple team for creating such wonderful breathtaking products. Long live Apple.
12. Best use of viral marketing: Stumbleupon. Can Google able to create a real competitor to Stumbleupon?
13. Best design: Smug Mug.
14. Best clean tech startup: Tesla Motors.
15. Most likely to succeed: WordPress.

The 2007 Crunchies awards are co-hosted by popular blogs like Techcrunch, Gigaom, Read/Wrie web and Venture beat. We have to see how many of these startups will live upto its expectations.
